We advertise on the client’s behalf in local newspapers and the internet and we process and shortlist all responses to save

 

 

the client valuable time.

 

All shortlisted candidates are thoroughly screened, which includes: verification of qualifications; checking for criminal

 

 

records and verbal reference checks.

 

After the initial screening process we conduct face-to-face interviews with all shortlisted candidates.

 

The comprehensive CV’s of these shortlisted candidates only will be forwarded to the client.

 

We then arrange an interview schedule for the client based on their availability and the shortlisted candidates they wish

 

 

to interview.

 

After a position is offered to a candidate we guarantee customer satisfaction by conducting follow-up calls to both parties

 

 

for a period of three months.

 

 

 

Guarantee

Highveld Pro Staff offers a three month replacement guarantee. If an employee placed by us leaves your company within three months of commencement of employment for any reason other than retrenchment, disablement, unfair dismissal or death Higveld Staff will replace the candidate without any extra costs.

Should the candidate be dismissed or resign within the guarantee period Highveld Staff must be notified within a 7 day period.

We make every effort to ensure the correct candidate information is supplied to our clients but we can not be held responsible for fraudulent information supplied to us by a candidate. The responsibility for the final selection of a prospective employee rest solely with the client and Highveld Saff shall not be liable for any damages or losses that arise out of any action of the candidate.
